What’s in the Membership?

Within the Compendium Membership you will have access to hundreds of hours of bookbinding, Boxmaking and origami tutorials.

Boxmaking is another skill that belongs to the bookbinder. It allows you to create archive boxes, drawers, expanding files, gift boxes and portfolios.

This membership includes all of our bookbinding and Boxmaking tutorials together. Plus, (as this is our gold standard membership) new tutorials will be released monthly. We will break in August of every year, so there is no tutorial released then. It’s a great time for us to plan our A/W programme and also have a holiday.

We need books for so many different things. Notebooks for school, recipe books for the kitchen, books with pockets to keep needles and thread in, photo books, portfolios. The list goes on. 

Cultures have made books to document their world and this tradition is being kept alive in this membership. You will learn bindings from all across the globe. From Japanese stab binding, to French link to Turkish Map Fold.


In the membership we will:


✏️ Focus on a different tutorial every month, which you can also try at home


✏️ Share a VLOG (video log) of my behind the scenes of what I’m working on


✏️ Launch a new tutorial every month in bookbinding + Boxmaking or origami.


✏️ Invite members to join a book art related challenge, to share our work, connect with each other and ask questions


✏️ Connect with members on Zoom for a fun Co-making session (bring something you’re working on) and have a chat.
